Although the hotel's amenities were basic, the cleanliness, timely hot water, and functional air conditioning met my expectations. While the intermittent internet connectivity glitch was a minor inconvenience, their prompt apology and free luggage storage post-check-out were appreciated gestures. Considering the hotel's modest facilities, the reasonable rates make it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a convenient base in the heart of Varanasi.
